Trafiltecno Srl was established in 1962 and is today one of the leading Italian drawing mills. The company has rationalized its operations considerably since then aiming, at continual process improvement to ensure the highest quality standards and in order to comply with ISO 9002 certification requirements. Production is mainly geared to the following sectors: · Drawn products destined to the pressing of special parts made to specifications as well as standard screws and nuts and bolts. · Polished drawn products for chromium plating. The products are provided with an analysis certificate with details of the specific features in order to ensure that they meet the highest production quality levels. The company has the following equipment at its disposal for production:

• A continuously monitored complete cycle chemical pickling plant.
• A mechanical pickling plant (grit-Blaster) for coiled wire.
• 3 fully computerized annealing furnaces in controlled atmosphere.
• The latest drawing machines.
• Laboratory for the complete production control in all stages.
